We currently offer up to 18 free Wellbeing Classes for patients and carers. All classes are held in the Mulberry Room. You will be guided through the class according to your ability. Equipment is provided, please dress in comfortable, loose clothing.
Your health and wellbeing is very important to us. Whilst we try our best to keep our classes inclusive and suitable for mixed abilities, that is not always possible for all classes. Before accessing classes all clients will need to be assessed for suitability by the class teacher. With this in mind, please arrive fifteen minutes early for your first class and in good time generally.
Spaces are limited so please book in advance with one of our welcomers or by contacting Front Office at The Mulberry Centre on 020 8321 6300 / email email@example.com. Cancellations require 12-24 hours notice.

Dance of the Heart
Based on Biodanza, this is a wonderful yet gentle, expressive dance meditation. It helps create a space where you can relax and be in your body. Led by experienced teacher and coach, Karen Skehel Dance of the Heart is an uplifting blend of free expression dance with some relaxing moving mediation.
As there are not steps to learn, it is ideal for everyone who wants to benefit from dance, and who believe ‘they can’t dance’, as well as those who can!
We invite you to come and try a session of Dance of the Heart dance meditation running weekly on Wednesday 2.45 – 4.00 pm.
If you have used all of your wellbeing class allocation, we are offering free additional Dance of The Heart classes before Christmas.
(please arrive on time to ensure a prompt start and wear loose, comfortable clothing that you are happy to move around in)
We would like to reintroduce Pilates and General Exercise classes – if you are a qualified teacher in these or another discipline that you think would be helpful for clients and are interested in becoming a volunteer, please have a look at our Volunteering Page, fill out an application form and email firstname.lastname@example.org
