Raising money in memory of someone special is a valuable and positive way to honour, celebrate and remember the life of a loved one, whilst helping The Mulberry Centre to continue supporting others in the future.
Funeral and Memorial Collections
…or in lieu of flowers at a funeral
In our experience people sometimes prefer to ask friends and relatives to make a donation to the work of The Mulberry Centre rather than send flowers to their loved one’s funeral, in order to support our work.
If this is something you have considered, we are happy to let you have a collection box and/or a supply of envelopes explaining your preference to friends and relatives as well as details of our address for them to send their gift to. All you have to do is write the name of your loved one and distribute the envelopes/cards to your friends and relatives.
By asking people to send their gifts direct to The Mulberry Centre means there is less for you to do at a time when you probably have more than enough to cope with.
We will notify you of who has donated to us after all the gifts have been processed.
All you need to do is provide us with:
- your name
- the name of your loved one
- quantity of envelopes/cards required
We will then post them to you for you to distribute.
Create a Tribute Fund
An online Tribute Fund is a wonderful and lasting way to celebrate a loved ones life.
The Mulberry Centre has partnered with Muchloved a memorial website where you can set up a special tribute to your loved one, where you can share memories, thoughts and stories with family and friends as well as light candles, add music, photos and videos.
