Activities for registered users at The Mulberry Centre:

Walking Group Richmond: Every Monday (10.30am) meet at Richmond Station

Relaxation: Fridays at 12noon

Qi Gong Class: Every Wednesday (10.00 -10.45am)

Yoga Class: Every Wednesday (1.15-2.15pm), Every Thursday (1.30pm-2.45pm)

Medau Movement: Every Monday (2.00 -3.00pm)

Nia Dance: Every Friday (10.15-11.15am), Some Tuesdays (10.45-11.45)

Tai Chi Classes: Every Friday Beginners (2.15-3.00pm) and Advanced (1.15-2.00pm)
