Yoga

Yoga is a way to maintain good health and peace of mind in an increasingly stressful world. Yoga postures or asanas remove the physical discomfort of aching limbs and muscular tension. They also massage the internal organs and strengthen all the systems of the body – circulation, respiration, digestion and so on. Breathing exercises revitalise the body by regulating the flow of energy, and relaxation techniques calm the mind.
