T’ai Chi T’ai Chi is a form of movement originating in China and is now popular throughout most of the world. While it originated as a martial art, in the Mulberry Centre we use it as a gentle exercise that promotes body fitness and builds internal energy and awareness. You will learn simple T’ai Chi movements, which can be practiced at home. We also teach simple Qigong exercises; including mindful walking, Qigong breathing, gentle muscle stretches and joint movement along with correct posture and balance, which are very useful in everyday life. |
