Meditation You will be shown the beginning meditation techniques. Attention
will be drawn to the way you breathe. When the breath becomes more
deep and rhythmic, we feel more calm and peaceful. To help continue
to deepen the relaxed state, the therapist will talk you through
various relaxation techniques, all of which are very pleasant. These
are carried out sitting down often with your eyes closed. The
session includes meditations of varying times. You will also learn
simple stretching exercises designed to release the tension in the
