We are looking for friendly volunteers to welcome visitors coming into the centre. Offering refreshments, making appointments and enduring their visit to the centre is always warm and a positive experience.
The Mulberry Centre offers one-to-one person centred counselling to individuals affected by cancer. We offer seven sessions to cancer patients, carers and anyone who has been bereaved. We are looking for Group facilitators, couples/family counsellors or counsellors with a second language in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi and Polish.
Volunteer Therapists and Practitioners
We are looking for qualified complementary therapists with at least one year’s experience to offer one or two treatments a week. We are looking for massage therapists.
Community Outreach Volunteer
You will be support The Mulberry Centre by delivering leaflets and other printed information to designated locations in the community to raise awareness. If desired there will be opportunities to assist on information and cancer awareness desks.
We are looking for a fundraising volunteer to support community events that help raise money and awareness of the Centre.
Volunteer Administration Support
We are looking for a volunteer to assist the office team with administration duties which will contribute to the efficient running of The Mulberry Centre.
We are looking for a volunteer to assist the front office team with booking clients appointments for registrations at the centre and the services we offer.
We would like to sell donated grifts through ebay. Training will be provided If you can spare some time to load details onto the website on an adhoc basis.
